Delivery & Shipping

We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. All orders will be processed by our shipping team upon order confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. The current processing time is 2-3 working days. 

Due to the high demand on some of our popular products, the standard shipping delivery time is 5-13 working days depending on your geographical location. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed there may be a $15 Restocking Fee if order has already been processed to ship (generally after 48 hours of purchase).

Unfortunately orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Disclaimers:
  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
  2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
  7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
  8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
