We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can reach us through the contact us page.
Please Note: All customers are in charge for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number to be eligible for refund. You can always contact us for any return questions through the contact us page.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We try to start fulfillment of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if fulfilment has not yet begun. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed we will not be able to cancel your order.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
